Stream Channel: Organize/Categorize Videos
On a channel homepage, I need the ability to create video categories, as defined by me, the channel owner - possible? Alternatively, the ability to sort by Name would be an acceptable work-around.

You can categorize your videos via hashtags in Microsoft Stream! Just add them in the description as a way to group up similar videos. When you click on the hashtag you'll be able to see other videos with the same tag. If you have other questions this Microsoft Stream Q&A might have the answers Nick Hasselblad

good tip. We are introducing a new system and will soon have 50+ videos each 2 mins long.
With no folder structure it is harder.
To add to this we also added the top hashtags in the Channel Description to that they are appear in the Channel box as well.

This idea is marked "Completed", and near the end of the thread a user mentions that using a URL query parameter works to define common search metadata however I can't get this to work.
Define default sorting order for a channel and through URL
No variation of this works for me (although I really wish it would, it would solve so many issues).

Is anyone else able to get to this to work? Maybe I'm missing something?
