DevTools in New Teams for Mac
Hi
I am devloping a tab app for Microsoft Teams and frequently use devtools to debug stuff.
It worked out great in the "old" teams desktop client but in the New Teams desktop client I can not seem to find the devtoool at all.
I'm on Mac and have tried clicking the tray icon repeatedly as I used to do before but nothing happens.
Any sugestions?
Thanks
/Christopher
- Engineering team is working to make this feature available in new Teams as well. However, we do not have any ETA when this would be available.
Thanks,

in the current version of New Teams for Mac, the standard "right click -> inspect" works for getting into devtools for the app. It works much nicer than the old "i get one chance to enable dev tools" way.
however, I cannot find any way to open DevTools in New Teams for Windows.
Meghana-MSFT can you give guidance on how to access devtools on windows?- Meghana-MSFT

JustDavidJ - You can open Dev tools from the bottom navigation bar. Click on show hidden icons, then right click on the Teams icon.
Select Engineering tools and then it gives option to open Dev tools.
