I am also experiencing this now in July, 2024. I was using the Incoming Webhook previously on the New Teams desktop app (Windows 11), with MessageCards and images were working fine. Now since Incoming Webhooks are being deprecated I had to switch to Workflows that require AdaptiveCards instead. Same image I was using previously no longer shows up in the New Teams. I switched to the Classic Teams and it shows up fine. The image I am using is on WordPress site and is public.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We checked this with the engineering team and a requirement has been created to "Allow Sharepoint images to be rendered". Currently, we do not have any ETA to share regarding when this would be available.- Luca_RomanoAug 10, 2024Copper Contributor
Meghana-MSFT Hi, has there been any updates regarding the requirement?

Unfortunately, we do not have any updates on the above requirement.

Meghana-MSFT Thank you for the reply. Since I wrote in, I have set up my workflow to post messages from a few different websites I maintain using the website logo on the AdaptiveCard. The original one I was testing still shows broken, along with 2 other sites; however, 7 of my other sites show the image just fine. I have tried to figure out what is causing them to be broken and I'm not finding a pattern anywhere. They are all png images, and filesize doesn't seem to matter. Also, I have a coworker that says she can see the ones I can't on her New Teams app, and we are on the same work account, except she is on Windows 10. I am happy to send you links to images that work and others that don't. I just don't want to post them here.

MichaelG175 - We request you to raise a separate issue for this as the original issue was not intended for Sharepoint images.
