Update: It seems that the "Pairing status" for Teams Rooms (MTRoA) devices is not directly exposed via the Microsoft Graph API at this time. This information is currently available in the Teams admin portal but not through the Graph API or the PowerShell module Microsoft.Graph.Beta.Teams.
