MS To Do: Recurring Task Steps show Complete

When a recurring task with multiple steps is completed, the steps in the new version of the task often retain the same state as when it was last completed. For example, if a task has five steps and three are marked as complete before marking the task as complete, the next day, when the task recurs, those three steps remain marked as completed.

However, if the steps are marked as complete, another task is accessed, and then the original task is revisited before marking it complete, the steps will most often show as incomplete when the task recurs.
