Open in Outlook Button Inactive
I flag a lot of emails to follow up on in To Do. When I click on one of the tasks, I used to be able to click Open in Outlook on the right hand side pane, and it would open the email that was flagged...
- can confirm that this is fixed. Any links that were created while this was broken needs to be reset to work. You'll need to delete cache/all files from C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef to reset those links for Desktop
I am having the same issue, and I depend on To-Do Outlook integration a lot. I do have a search folder with flagged E-mails that I can use as a workaround. But right now, if I click on the Outlook link, To-Do crashes.
