Due Dates and Reminders:
- Assign due dates to tasks to prioritize them. Use reminders to receive notifications before the due time.
Categorization:
- Utilize categories or labels to group tasks based on projects, urgency, or other criteria. This can help visually organize your list.

Hi carolcobb,
unfortunately, the sorting options for the “My Day” feature in the Outlook sidebar are not available.
The sorting you do in the browser for “To Do” doesn’t sync back to the Outlook sidebar.
You might want to provide feedback to Microsoft about this feature request.
You can usually do this through the “Help” > “Feedback” option in Outlook.

Thanks, I submitted this feedback. Do you have suggestions of the intended possibilities in Outlook for working with the My Day list? I see I can block time on my calendar, but with some tasks needing a very short time (i.e. follow up on a specific email), blocking seems a bit much.
