Sync with Outlook Calendar

Greetings,

I’m using an iPad 10th gen with Outlook for iOS.

What I want to know is if its possible to sync To Do tasks that were assigned to me in My Day.

I seem to do everything that I need but I cant manage to see them in my calendar.

We are using this system to make a big pool of tasks that we need to do around the shops and sometimes when our regular duties are done, we could pick some tasks in the pool, assign them to the correct workers and then it would appear in their calendar so other people can see that they are already doing something in the Day.

I’m sorry if its hard to understand as I’m not a native English speaker. My first language is french so dont hesitate to ask for more information if you need some.
