YEARS later and still no multiple users for mac users
I am so frustrated that I can have multiple accounts on to do list so I can keep my work and personal lists separate. There are more Mac users worldwide than any other devices, and still, Microsoft will not give us access to the full integration.
We shouldn't have to access two lists on app-based and the other web-based. PLEASE, can we just give us access to use your programs to their full extent?
In 2025, this issue persists. As others have noted, it's well supported on Windows and iOS. However, the Outlook client for Mac OS handles multiple To Do accounts awkwardly, as it requires you to select the email account for each To Do list

I completely agree. They finally gave multiple account support on iOS. Why not macOS????Ned_Michalk
