Tasks list won't display on iPhone 13

hello:

I recently upgraded from an old Mac running OS Big Sur to a new one running OS Monterey, and at the same from an old iPhone 7 to a new iPhone 13. In both cases I ported everything over, including Microsoft To Do. To Do works perfectly on my Mac, but on my iPhone I can't get it it to display my Tasks, which are all under the 'Tasks' icon. Every time I press 'Tasks', it takes me to "My Day," which I don't use, and which consequently is empty.  What can I do to get it to display my Tasks on the iPhone?
