Transfert Yammer Network from US to EU

Hello,


I send a request to yamrepo @ microsoft.com to transfert my Network(empty so no data to export but network created in the wrong region) from US to EU but I have not received a message that my request has been processed.

 

I already opened a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center but they said they can't do anything. I can't start the deployment of Viva in my company (planned for next week) until this problem is solved.

 

How can I get help from Microsoft on this problem ?

  • Try again and ask them to do the above, they should be able request a reprovision or know what channel you need to go through...
