Transfert Yammer Network from US to EU
Hello,
I send a request to yamrepo @ microsoft.com to transfert my Network(empty so no data to export but network created in the wrong region) from US to EU but I have not received a message that my request has been processed.
I already opened a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center but they said they can't do anything. I can't start the deployment of Viva in my company (planned for next week) until this problem is solved.
How can I get help from Microsoft on this problem ?

Try again and ask them to do the above, they should be able request a reprovision or know what channel you need to go through...
Do you have any tip on how this user can approch this if support isn't able to help?

You should be able to get it reprovisoned without any issues, ask support to elevate the case or link them this:
