Viva Engage reporting with Viva Suite not working
Hi,
I have a Viva Suite licence in order to access Viva Engage reporting by campaign.
However, even using the right # for the campaigns, no statistics appears on the campaign dashboard. See image below.
It is stuck on zero, even though I can see in the feed that the Viva Engage posts using this campaign hashtags have been seen and have some engagement (e.g. reactions).
Why and how can it be fixed?
Else it is useless to pay for reporting to finally not have any easy overview of the statistics.
In case I missed something, can't we have access to an overview of statistics by community?

Yes I did and there is the same issue.
