- Thanks dzukic! I did find that one, has some good nuggets. Would be good with some more stats behind statements such as "Organizations that harness employee input on culture and integration effectiveness to anticipate and address challenges throughout the transition tend to see more stable engagement and productivity in the face of significant change." but this should work for now - the clear message is to continue listening, acting and involve employees in the transition.
