Healthnavigator APIs in the Language Model
Hi,
Below Healthnavigator APIs are displaying on the Language model page in the Health Bot service tool but unable to use these Intent mappings as these are not populating in the any of dropdown boxes of scenarios. Please help us on this.
Healthnavigator APIs:
/healthnavigator/information
/healthnavigator/conditions - Not there in the Language model page but populating in the dropdown box.
/healthnavigator/symptoms
/healthnavigator/causes
/healthnavigator/complications
/healthnavigator/specialties
/healthnavigator/resources
/medication/information
/builtin/triage

Hi,
1 language model is used for multiple scenarios (so there is not a language model for each scenario). The medical information requests have a single language model. Depending on the intent from that model we trigger the different built-in scenarios.
I hope that makes sense, let me know if I can clarify.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. But i want to explore the built-in Healthnavigator APIs which are mentioned above. These APIs are not populating anywhere to use in any of scenarios. I observed few of other built-in APIs like
/healthnavigator, /healthnavigator/specialities,/builtin/handoff are populating in drop-down boxes to use them in scenarios.

Hi,
Unfortunately, those built-in scenarios are not available in the Begin step. Can you tell me about your use case so I can understand the requirements better. Is the default behavior for those scenarios not suitable for you needs? Thanks
