Windows 11 24H2 deployment takes more time

Hi everyone,

 

I was used to spin up a new W11 VM in seconds.

 

With the great improvement of Windows Setup the procedure to apply an OS image takes much longer.
What is changed else? Will it fetch and apply an LCU during downlevel / offline setup?

not to confuse: the screen looks like IPU, but in fact it is the new UX during baremetal installs.
