Need help win 11 wont install.

Hello I have recently tried to install win 11 from win 10, and for some reason it wont do it. I have ran the health report and it has passed the report and rdy for install but when it is doing the last part of the win 11 install it gives me an error saying its not compatible.. is there a way to fix this I have loaded screen shots of the error code and the passed health check. please let me know what I need to do to fix this.
