Windows 11 Home Can't Find License Key

After a recent update, my version of Windows 11 Home is now having issues validating my product key and asking me to reactivate. 

I've had the PC for almost a year and have had no major issues until I updated/restarted a couple of days ago. I also get the Activate Windows text in the bottom right corner of my screen. After doing a little web search it seems like there was a similar problem years ago, but couldn't find a solution that worked for my situation. Anyone else having this problem and find a fix? I can't even adjust my sound output anymore, which is pretty annoying.
