Thanks for sharing your hard work, but there is a better and simpler alternative. There is a full BT stack available from Toshiba (https://dynabook.com/assistpc/download/modify/soft/btswt/TC00632300N.exe). I have tested on Server 2022 and vNext, audio works fine.
