Windows Admin Center 2410: cannot add computers

Glad I'm not the only one. Tried an upgrade from 2311 to 2410 and it completely bricked our Admin Centre, couldn't even login. Reinstalled selecting Kerberos/NTLM login auth and could then login but had same problem you had, claiming not joined to AD and received ajax errors when trying to connect to Servers via the Admin centre console
Rolled back to 2311
2410 doesn't seem fit for purpose
