Jun 08, 2023Hi Maurice, Azure Communication Services is a globally available service. You can find region-based pricing here: Azure Communication Services pricing | Microsoft Azure. Additionally, we are GDPR and EUDB compliant.
In order for us to help you better, can you share the use case you want to enable?
- MauriceHANJun 08, 2023Copper Contributorwe use only one Azure region (europe), how can we implement this solution to any users in their teams app as our users are across different countries

You mentioned your company has subsidiaries - are these subsidiaries using different or same Teams tenant?
In order for Azure Communication Services to work with Teams, your Teams tenant needs to be configured with one or more of Azure resources. Once that configuration is done, you can make calls to users in these Teams tenant with our upcoming preview mentioned in announcement.
We have additional capabilities with Teams that are generally available, and you can read more about them here: Communication as Teams user - Communication as Teams user - An Azure Communication Services concept document | Microsoft Learn
