Is there any alternative to handle Service Desk "chat-pool" based services? e.g.: a person starts a conversation with a Bot, and then it redirects to a person who is available at the moment

Developer can implement a conversation between a Azure Communication Services user and bot. Then additionally you can add another Azure Communication Services user into the conversation as the agent. If the agent is Teams user, then you might need to leverage Teams chat bot to bridge the conversation between Azure Communication Services and Teams. But keep in mind, that Teams chat bot has throttling limits. Another option is to build Teams app, that leverages Azure Communication Services. Is this answer helpful?
