Our users were completely bamboozled by the new experience. We got it unexpectedly and no one knew how to find their Teams. I had to work out how to separate the chats and advise people to do that. I've since worked out how to use the new format and I like it but it is so unintuitive to the average user without training.

MelF840 - I just tried both links and they're opening separate documents. Can you double check?

thanks for information dianahsu
The only thing I can say about Chats and Channels would be a Preview button rather than an enable window you can't dismiss.
- Terry BusterCopper Contributor
You can switch back to the old way using settings, I believe.

This is very informative and I’d love to present this to others. Is it possible to share the presentation so we can download it?

So glad to hear! I personally love it; it's helped me not lose track of important threads for projects.

I live in Teams, probably 90% of my workload starts there at least. Definitely saved time with far fewer clicks!
