Mac OS computers were not syncing documents properly, some folders were not updating in the background. What happened at the end is that once sync was fixed a big set of old documents got dumped into the OneDrive folders and now our IT consultants are working to clean up that.
Windows computers seem to not connect properly to a shared OneDrive, so updating documents live by a few people leads to some changes being lost. This connection issue appeared also recently and independently from the above when I am accessing shared folders for saving new documents. I can get around it but it seems odd.
