- Is there any way to reference trainable classifiers in a standard auto-apply policy? This would be similar to using SensitiveType. I have certain documents that match more than one classifier and was hoping to assign retention labels based on the classifier. I would like to use a KQL query to prioritize which label should be used when the document matches more than one trainable classifier.

Today all auto-labeling capabilities are mutually exclusive, you can choose one method for each, however we do have on our long-term roadmap (no ETA) to allow mixing and matching eventually. For any design change requests or suggestions please open a case with Microsoft support and submit it as a DCR (design change request).
- How does one share an encrypted auto-labeled doc/file with someone outside the organization, with let's say an "example@gmail.com" email address.

- A user using an Apple Ipad is unable to paste hyperlinks in the Word Mobile App.

- A user with delegate rights to an email account is unable to forward emails from the email account using the Outlook mobile app.

- 1. Any thoughts towards creating a central Lighthouse-like MIG or RM function to consolidate this function across tenants? 2. Alternately, any thoughts towards managing MIG/RM configurations using Lighthouse?
- robertoyWe do not have at this time the ability to go cross-tenant for the MIG or RM solutions and the tenant boundary is respected, however we continue to improve our APIs to ensure those with a need to do some of this aggregation could achieve it through automation.

- We can only export 50K records at a time for a retention label pending Disposition. Could this limit be increased as we have retention labels that have more than 300k items pending disposition and is impossible to decipher which items have been already exported if we do 50k at a time.
Brendon LeeThey Thomas! Thanks for the feedback! Currently 50k is the limit, but we recommend submitting a feature request/change via a Design Change Request (DCR) through support.- Hi Brendon. Thank you for your response. We had submitted a request through support and also provided a Business Impact Statement. Our ticket although was marked as a won't fix as per the review from the concern team, which mentioned that: "there's been several DCRs and bugs for this scenario and it is marked as a won't fix, as there are several architectural constraints that would prevent them from doing these modifications." Hope there is an alternative approach to resolve this issue. Thanks!
- Anyone with Records Management role can not only see items with retention label but also with sensitivity labels. These are two separate functions and need separate people or departments with different expertise in our Org, i assume its true for decent sized tenants as well. We need fine tuned roles in Compliance center rather than exposing sensitive content to Records Managers or vice-versa.
- EricaToelleHi Pankaj, thank you, that is great feedback. We are looking into how to better implement least permissions across all our compliance solutions. If you haven't already, we recommend submitting a feature request/change via a Design Change Request (DCR) through support.

- We request MS to look into limits for their Records Management piece and be in sync with SPO limits in general. We are subjected to really small & impractical limits when we try to relabel or extend records in bulk. Relabeling works only for 200 items at a time.
- robertoyThank you for your feedback, for specific design change requests, please open a support case with any suggestion. We are actively looking into centralized re-labeling of items and improving the APIs which are provided for this operation as that would be the best approach for larger relabels.
- Looks like a Power Automate workflow task - haven't tried it though.
