Question from Tech Community -- I recently had a client who wanted a m365 copilot license but when I asked him about his base m365 license he said he has business premium but he also has email accounts with m365 standard licenses for 4 other domains where he checks emails on his base license outlook app but he can’t use one email address for all due to legal reasons as he has to join meetings with those account. – answered at 24:30.
Question -- I read about the ability to save and share prompts. Where will those be stored? - answered at 28:51.
Question from Tech Community -- I am unclear about the difference between what I can see and do when I click "view prompt" in Bizchat or the Copilot app in Teams, compared to when I click "see all prompts" and am directed to the Copilot Lab, now the Copilot Prompt Library. - answered at 30:28.
Question on Tech Community -- What is the difference between Microsoft 365 Copilot chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot in regard to grounding the work data? - answered at 32:03.

Question -- As both a Director of PMM for Copilot infrastructure and a trained concert pianist, how do you see parallels between preparing data for Copilot and preparing for a performance? Act as an executive assistant providing daily briefings. - Provide a list of meetings for the day in a table format with columns: Time | Meeting Title. - Summarize Teams chats and channels from today. - Summarize emails where the user is in the to line and there is a direct action required, in a table with columns: Email Title | Email Summary | Recommended Action. - Suggest the top three actions the user should focus on based on the above information. - Provide a daily industry brief of big news from the last day regarding the artificial intelligence industry, formatted into a table with columns: Short Topic | Brief Summary | Suggested Impact | Source Name | Link to Source Material. Not necessarily - some agents (grounded in public websites, uploaded files, etc.) are readily available with Copilot Chat.
