AMA - Prepare your data for Copilot: Essential tools and techniques

Question -- Setting up DLP policies to protect sensitive data - anything we need to first prepare outside of DLP? Best practices for those policies? – answered at 39:18.

Question - Can Copilot draw data from a CRM service? If yes, what's the best approach for setting up the proper controls to integrate that? What if we want to terminate that integration in the future? – answered at 44:22.

If we start SP Adv Mgmt trial, does that person using that trial have to have a copilot license or can you just have copilot licenses in your environment?

As an admin can we restrict public teams creating and also associated SharePoint sites . Just allow user to create private teams and private sp sites
