- for HR and related teams what are some guidances in being prepared for the EAP of copilot? I believe there's rich collaboration and individual contribution related analytics insights available on the back of MS teams - would that be accessible via Co-pilot?
- alliethompsonIf you are an EAP customer, your account team should have all of this information and be able to share the most up to date guidance with you. There will also be access to a Center of Excellence for each customer as well as a community for customer enablement teams, both with easy access to onboarding and adoption resources as well as feedback and support channels. You can expect regular updates and engagement opportunities throughout the EAP program.
- How long will GBB and CSA support the customer along the EAP journey? Is there a concrete amount of hours or available for the whole 12 months?

I might have missed this, but will Microsoft Copilot work with Office for Mac apps as well as iOS and Android apps at launch?
- dereksnyderBy general availability, yes. We currently support a mixture of platforms for customers in the EAP.
- Would it be safe to say that deploying Microsoft Purview within your company would significantly enhance the value to the users of copilot.

Microsoft Purview adds to this by layering on data security, compliance, and privacy value that our highly regulated and compliance conscious customers need. So yes - Microsoft Purview does enhances the value to users and enterprises that deploy Copilot.
- Is it possible to use M365 Copilot during EAP in the web apps (since Copilot will be availble only there in the beginning for Word, Excel and PP what I heard so far) and parallel without Copilot and without the updated versions in the desktop apps?
- Yana TerukhovaCurrently in Preview, there is no control to enable Copilot only in the web app or desktop.

- is there a sandbox setup possible to restrict files from certain sharepoint location to only be used for the early access program and then use that to experiment with co-pilot within that? are there broad prescriptive-guidance on how to set things up in sharepoint vs forms vs word/excel etc so that teams can experiment safely without disturbing other files and data across organisation?
- bensumAt this point, we don't have broad prescriptive guidance on this specific topic. If you're an EAP customer, we recommend reaching out to your account team to discuss it in more detail.
EAP - EU customers: Found contradicting information in the supplemental terms when following all the links. Under data flows it says (yellow mark) "by using AOAI Features, customers agrees its data may be stored and processed outside of its tenant's geographic region, compliance boundry or national cloud instance." That does not comply with the EU data boundry. Additonally in the T&C from July it does not clearly mention that all data remains within EU data boundry (as written in the blog post). Clear non-contradicting information would be super helpful since we need to present it in front of the works council.

- Can co-pilot be enabled only for the desktop apps or will it also be enabled for webapps (of Excel, Word etc) as well?

- With EAP licenses: can we re-distribute licences after a while if we see that user is not taking full advantage of EAP and re-asign to antoher user?
