Hi Cathy, thanks for the question! Right now, BCE can only be turned on or off tenant-wide, but this has been a common piece of feedback and we are in active discussions about it.- It was announced via Message Center that Microsoft 365 subscriptions are being updated with a new service plan: Bing Chat Enterprise. This service plan enables access to Bing Chat Enterprise when your users are signed into bing.com/chat and Microsoft Edge using their work accounts. Which translates to being able to control access to Bing Chat Enterprise at the user level.
- What is all that is required to have access to m365 copilot? Which of the m365 tools amenable the copilot feature?

we have a small subset of users that only have F3 licnesing, would BCE be available to them?
- JaredAndersenUnfortunately, Bing Chat Enterprise isn't available in the M365 F-SKUs. In that situation you could either upgrade those licenses to an eligible M365 license or purchase the stand-alone BCE SKU which will be available in the future at $5 / user / month.
- Does that mean if someone with an F3 tries to access BCE, they get an error? Or they get the regular Bing experience? What's the end user experience?
- We have EAP M365 Copilot and it’s there in New Teams, Loop and Word and PPT online. But it’s not there in OWA, New Outlook or Word/PPT win32 app. Other user in the same tenant can see it in OWA, but not for most. No geo location and all on enterprise monthly channel for O365 as per the guidelines. Why would this be?

- Just so I am clear - Bing Enterprise Chat only accesses data in your tenant that you have access to. If you want to search outside you need to switch to Bing (normal search), there is no (I dont know the answer so I will extend my search externally) correct?

Henrique_BronovskiHi Graham, Bing Chat Enterprise cannot access your tenant data. Bing Chat Enterprise is a web offering and uses web data to answer prompts. If a user copies and pastes their company’s data into Bing Chat Enterprise or if the user uses Bing Chat Enterprise in Edge sidebar and opens a pdf document in the browser, Bing Chat Enterprise will be able to answer questions about that document. However, BCE cannot access the tenant’s data.
- How can we sign up for the Early Release Program? Is there phase two? I know that phase one is closed on May.

- Hi Gabe! I'm talking about which steps are required for the Copilot enablement once it's available to my tenant. Which steps should be taken? Maybe enable dlp? Enable information barrier? Enable AIP policies? Thank you!!
