- Can we query and list the documents stored in SharePoint embedded by supplying filtering metadata parameters?

- How does GDAP interact with customer containers?
- ReidCarlbergWRT Microsoft Partner Center, we're hooked in so that partners can transact SPE, but we aren't hooked into every feature yet, including GDAP.
- Do we need any additional licenses for this SharePoint embedded?
- wbaerThe partition created in your Microsoft 365 tenant by a SharePoint Embedded app doesn’t count towards other Microsoft 365 entitlements. Instead, the partition in your Microsoft 365 tenant by the SharePoint Embedded app is billed separately through an Azure subscription on a pay-as-you-go metered consumption model that’s based on total storage and the number of API calls.
- How is IDP supported in SPE?
- ReidCarlbergSPE relies on Microsoft Entra for identity and authorization. Microsoft Entra can federate many other identity providers (IDPs) and we have demonstrated that working with SPE.
- Is the document stored in SharePoint Embedded searchable via the Microsoft 365 search interface? If so, can we restrict it so that only the custom code can be searched?

- list threshold value limitation is applicable for SPE as well?
- spucelikIf your referring to the list view threshold that you typically have in a SPO library, since there is not the concept of a view in a container, this would not apply. Search results should be used.

- Do storage containers count towards the total tenant storage limit amount since it is on metered billing?
- wbaerThe partition created in your Microsoft 365 tenant by a SharePoint Embedded app doesn’t count towards other Microsoft 365 entitlements including the total amount of Microsoft SharePoint storage that can be used by your organization.
- spucelikIt does not count against your SharePoint storage limits.
- Can we create a SharePoint list in SharePoint Embedded?
