Would SharePoint Embedded possibly be a good compliment to the existing ECM to m365 for the OpenText Documentum Connector? We have been looking at building an API to allow data stored on OpenText to be 'read' from a SharePoint site, as currently the only capability is archiving data from M365 TO OpenText, but not the other way around.

One of the use cases we see is replacing traditional ECM for apps with SPE -- for apps. SPE isn't designed for transient storage or data syncing, but it's great at holding a lot of files and documents.
