Unable to Login to Cloud PC on iOS (IPAD) with the new Windows App Mobile.

The new Windows App Mobile on iOS seems to be broken and does not proceed to Client Authentication Screen after SSO. I'm stuck on a popup screen that says "Waiting for the Microsoft Authentication Service..." when trying to access Cloud PC.

 

Prior to upgrading to Windows App Mobile, I would see the pop up for authentication which would say, "Enter Your Credentials, These credentials will be used to connect to... "

 

Note: The same issue doesn't occur if trying to access an enterprise internal Windows PC. 

 

Sander team - please look into this.

    I have been with this problem since iPadOS 18.   I tried with a support ticket with Microsoft but they are lost and were no able to help me.  They just keep changing the support agent and asking the same things over an over.    I got tired of it.    Please if you find a solution let me know.

    I have exactly the same problem on my iPhone. It works on my iPad, but not on my iPhone.

    Have you found any solution for this issue?
