Sometimes when I schedule hybrid meetings in Outlook (Attendees can join through MsTeams or onsite in a meeting room) using the room finder tool, even when I get confirmation that the resource/meeting room is accepted as reserved, I run into these issues: 1. The onsite meeting room added shows as invited under "required", but is not listed under "location" and I have no drop down options to add it. 2. The location field updates to including both MsTeams and the booked meeting room and both can be seen when you open the invitation: but in calendar/week view only the MsTeams option shows as location: Instead of like this: It happens randomly and only on occasion, but it prevents invitees from knowing there is a room booked they can join if onsite so I'm hoping to find a solution to make sure both locations show from now on.1.1KViews0likes2CommentsMore than one user can sign up for a meeting configured for a single person
In my calendar, several users can sign up for a meeting, but only one. If a meeting is already selected, another user should not be able to select it. I have configured several meetings of 15, 30 minutes, and 1 hour in my calendar. I send the booking link to users so they can choose the time to reserve the meeting. The issue is that in some cases it works and in others it doesn't, allowing a second user to choose a meeting that is already booked. This forces me to cancel and assign another time. Can you help me with this?260Views0likes0CommentsPartner Wants our Custom Emails to display Tabs Similar to Teams Calendar Invites
Our partner wants to see that our Teams meeting invites display tabs similar to the ones they're used to seeing highlighted here (above the "Cancel meeting") Here's what our invites are showing, just the "Details" tab. Is there any documentation on how to make this happen? We're creating the email invitations from scratch. What, if any, do our custom-made email invitations need to add to make these tabs appear for, say Chat or Attendance?Solved809Views0likes2CommentsTeams / Exchange Server OAuth broken for calendar delegation?
We have configured OAUTH between Skype for Business Online and Exchange Server to be able to generate Teams meeting invitations for calendar delegation. The configuration was successful and working for several months until June 12th. Several customers reported that generating Teams invitation for delegates does not work anymore from the Outlook Windows client. Any issue in the backend recently?1.2KViews1like3CommentsPrompt to include attendees for a MS Teams meeting
In Outlook, when you send a meeting invite, Outlook will remind you if you'd forgotten to include recipients' email addresses. In Teams, there is no such reminder. The only indication that I'd not included email addresses in a meeting invitation is the blue Save button instead of blue Send button (if I'd remember to include attendees' email addresses). Is there a way for Teams to remind when email addresses is missing in a meeting invite?935Views0likes2CommentsSearch text in a Kusto/ADX table using any number of terms from Power BI
In a table we have a free text column. Our goal is to return rows in which the text includes a list of terms which are pieces of text surrounded by special characters like comma, parentheses, space etc. We don't have such a filter in PBI so we'll use combination of a KQL operator - has_any and the mechanism of M dynamic parameters.2.6KViews2likes0CommentsOnly allow Team / online meetings when off-site
Hi all, I use bookings for my therapy business. I do in-person and online sessions (via Teams). When I travel, I would like to still have my online sessions available but the physical meetings are not. Any ideas on how this can be accomplished? Because of my job, I have a "Google Account" (email, calendar, drive) and also I have an "Office 365" suite that include Microsoft Teams. I would like to schedule a meeting in the Teams application, but when I clic on the Calendar tab in Teams, appears the following message: "Wait a moment, loading your calendar", then the final message: "The calendar could not be loaded. Let's try it again". At the end, I have not able to use the calendar in Teams in order to schelude a meeting. ¿Do anyone have an instruction about it with the purpose to enable the teams calendar? Thanks!2.3KViews0likes4Comments
