Hi All, Quick Question, using Skype for Business Server 2019 (on-prem), we are using a number of Response Groups (Workflows, Queues and group) however the Group AgentAlertTime minimum setting according to documentation is 10 seconds. Is there a way to reduce this programmatically by using Powershell or similar? 10 seconds is too long for our requirements. If not, any ideas for a work-around? Many thanks, Jase816Views0likes1Comment
