Having an issue where staff are being added to an existing booking page, but they aren't receiving the activation email to confirm being added to the Booking page. As a result, they remain 'not bookable' - we have a need to add some staff as Administrators, but can't confirm their access because they don't receive the email when they are initially added (even though the Bookings dialogue suggests that one has been sent) and when I try to re-send the activation email, nothing changes - the time and date doesn't update, and no email is received by the user, so it seems like the system hasn't even tried to send an email out to the user: It's interesting to note, that users with existing access can have an email re-sent to them - is there a permissioning issue at play here? All our users should already have the required access (as existing users were added with no issue earlier this year), so I'm not sure what to look at first. Any helps is greatly appreciated. Hi there Rather than assigning an assignment to all students, I'm trying to add a group of 20+ students to it within a Team, but when I get to 20, it won't let me add any more. Is this a "thing" or is there a way around it? (As an aside, at the moment, it's not even giving me the option to assign the assignment to anyone except "All Students"). Thanks in advance. sarah714Views0likes0CommentsDomain user add with a link to a domain tenant
So i have one user who has for over a year has used his domain email (@somedomain.com), who was not currently added to our domain tenant (somedomain.com). He is insistent that all he needs is a link to join our somedomain.com tenant. Does not want me to create a user in the admin console. Our tenant is set up through our Power Bi account - we do not currently have office O365 yet. Is this possible? Everything i have read suggests otherwise. I know i can be wrong with this. I think he will only be added as a guest with limited functionality. (No chat, or recording teams meeting) Both things are done regularly. Someone here had used their personal Microsoft account an created a teams channel - with everyone in the domain using their domain address - i have people who want to bring that channel over to the domain (somedomain.com) Teams (We have exploratory - free account) - If i create a user account with their current password they are using now will that allow the channel to "come over" to the somedomain.com Teams. Thanks in advance - any help would be greatly appreciated.1.2KViews1like1Comment
