Microsoft Imposes 1-Year Retention for Teams Meeting Attendance Reports
Microsoft has enabled a one-year retention policy for Teams meeting attendance reports. Tenants can’t opt out of the policy or set a different retention period. Microsoft says that the new policy exists to make sure that Teams complies with the Microsoft privacy policy. Hi Experts, I have only purchased the Personal Plan for Teams. I have read the below instructions, but fail to find the button(s) to download the attendance report. https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/manage-meeting-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310 Where to find the Attendance Report? Or does it require a business/school user to use this function? Thank you.
