Hi! I'm looking for information regarding the Inner Circle Membership and the requirements for members. It's probably not the right place here, but I could not find anywhere information about it. I would appreciate if someone can guide me. Thank you!4.9KViews0likes1CommentMicrosoft Action Pack - what to consider?
Hi, We are now considering about buying the Action Pack to replace the current Office 365 licenses, excluding the Basic licenses, but the ones with desktop applications (converting those to basic licenses). I understand that there's a hard limit of ten users. What other aspects should we consider before actually buying the Action Pack? I specifically want to avoid things like "I didn't know that..." or "I thought that..." that could occur after buying. The 30 day refund is otherwise a great feature, but if we try this with one user, so take basic Office 365 instead of the Standard (or what is it called?) license and install Office Professional from the Action Pack, I understood the refund is instantly impossible.4.6KViews0likes13CommentsFunding by MS for Business Application D365 - Eligibility
Hi community, an interesting outcome from a support ticket - details as below. I personally think this is not very smart by Microsoft because I think they should support partners who are cross-selling and expanding an existing customer account. Feel free to comment Ralf ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As a partner you can get funding only once eg for running an Envisioning Workshop for the same customer. Scenario: Our customer is interested in D365 Sales and in D365 Finance & SCM. Customer wants to roll out these applications in phases, let’s say D365 Sales in 2024 and D365 Finance & SCM in 2025. For both rollouts they want to start FIRST with an Envisioning Workshop and expect the workshops will be funded by Microsoft. Question: We start with phase 1 in 2024 by running an Envisioning Workshop for D365 Sales, which is funded by Microsoft. We continue with phase 2 in 2025 by running (again) an Envisioning workshop but now for D365 Finance & SCM. Will this (second) Envisioning Workshop be funded by Microsoft? Answer: No, only the first ENV WS will be funded (in 2024 for D365 Sales). We are not eligible for a funded ENV WS for D365 Finance & SCM in 2025.910Views0likes7CommentsTwo MS partners supporting one customer, but only one gets recognition for MAU growth !!
Hi community, I was very surprised to learn that for the given scenario below, a MS partner will get not any recognition for deployment and MAU growth. This was confirmed by MS Partner Support. Do you have similar experiences? Ralf Scenario: 1. Customer C has two MS partners: partner p1 provisions all licences, partner p2 deployed the D365 CE solution and provides ongoing enhancements and BAU support. 2. The license agreement is CSP (not EA!) Recognition of each partner's work: 1. Partner p1 gets recognition for Net Customer Add (CSP) and for MAU growth (that's ok) 2. Partner p2 gets no recognition at all, neither for deployment nor for MAY growth (surprise, surprise) In other words: The work partner p2 is doing to drive adoption and growth is not viable from a partner's membership perspective; partner p2 should consider handing over the work to another partner.900Views0likes6Comments
