Hi everyone. I have a very special customer with a special requirement... I've got asked, if it possible to notify people about incoming calls, without options to accept/decline the call. The customer just wants a simple notification about incoming calls, which show the number/person that is calling. Has someone an idea on how this could be achieved? Hi MS Team, at the moment at each customer we have the request of using MS Teams for calling via direct routing. But the pain with this is that we or the customer have to configure this each time with Powershell. And also they need to configure the PBX Site per User. If the direct routing configuration would be available via Graph API it would be so easy to create applications which configure both sites at the same time. And now this feature is there for almost 2 years, but still now usable via API. I dont know why this is still not possible. Hi! We are developing a 3-rd party application that involves VoIP Calling, and we want to integrate with Teams. With MS Graph API, we were able to query for Teams users and display them in UI. What we want is to provide the ability to transfer the ongoing call, from outside Teams boundaries, to selected Teams user. Could you please help us find answers to the following questions: What are the "per tenant" requirements to enable calls transferring from outside Teams boundaries to Teams Client / Teams user? Does each tenant have their own SIP Trunk number or it has to be configured by tenant administrator? If there is no SIP Trunk to place calls, what methods MS Teams provide to perform voice & calls interactions from outside Teams boundaries? Thanks in advance!Solved1.8KViews1like6Comments
