Hi, During a recurring weekly meeting, we decided to manually add a participant in the middle of the meeting that usually is not invited. Ever since, their name has been in the participant list. How can I remove it? Barry7.6KViews1like2CommentsAlways launch guest Teams invite links with web app - remove desktop app option
So if a guest clicks on the Teams invitation link in the email they receive, they get the option to launch and login to the desktop app. This appears to be the preferred MS option. Because we've not allowed guests to use the desktop client in one of our Conditional Access policies, this will fail. We need to remove the desktop app as an option entirely and only offer the login to the web app, or launch straight into the web app. We want there to be no way the guest can get confused. I just don't see this as a customisable thing at the moment. is this correct?1.3KViews0likes2CommentsTeams on Android automatically switching to secondary tenant
Hello, my company's Teams account has also been linked as guest to a customer tenant. What is happening is that each time I click on a link to a Teams meeting created by my customer on his tenant, my Android Teams switches automatically from my primary tenant to customer's one and, at that point, I get an error message linked to authorization (maybe some missing license on my customer's tenant for my account). Question is: is there a way to tell Teams on Android to always use my primary tenant when joining meetings, so that I can join any customer meeting as a guest? Thanks, Domenico.2.2KViews1like1CommentTeams Together Mode License Requirements
Hi Community! I have been looking for the license requirements for Teams Together Mode feature but I did not see any article. May I know what license is needed? And what will happen if guest users join the Teams Meeting? Will they their video show in the together mode? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you!1.7KViews0likes2CommentsCurrently a guest on an org's Teams account but i need to login separately with same email
I'm currently a guest on an organization's Teams account (for work) but i need to login (to Teams) separately *with the same email address* as I have a raft of school parent evening meetings linked to this email address and didn't realise that I didn't have a 'Personal' Teams account when i set up the meeting requests. Is there anything i can do or will i need to recreate all the meetings with a different email address? I have to say, the accounts and login situation with MS Teams is mighty confusing/frustrating, and I've worked in IT for decades.1.8KViews0likes3CommentsTrying to sign up for Free Teams
I am trying to setup Teams for a customer of ours (.@custname1.com) but it seems that I cannot for some reason. When I do it gives me the error that " hasn't been added to your organization's directory. Or contact Admin or try a different email"" Now I had done this this way for a 3rd customer(.@custname2.com) and it went OK. I did find out that (.@custname1.com) is a guest in someone's else's Teams. But the customer of custname1.com wants Teams themselves so they can use it as well. Would that be the reason why I cannot set it up for them?1KViews0likes1CommentIn Word Online Gäste erwähnen
