4 TopicsPartner enrollment issue - Duplicate Legal Entity
Greetings, I'm trying to enroll to the Microsoft Partner Program (CSP) and I've previously worked with the partner center. Because of this, some time long ago my company was registered with Microsoft. When I'm trying to register again now, I recieve an error message "Exception while creating legal entity : Duplicate Legal Entity" in the company information part of the enrollment process. Now I thought I could just contact Microsoft, verify myself as the owner of the company and have this sorted. That would be IF Microsoft had made it possible for themselves to be contacted. "Just raise a ticket via the partner center". Cant create a workspace, dont have a workspace, therefore cant create ticket with support. Has anyone else had issues with the same? Kind of in a dead lock here and Microsoft doesn't have any contact point unless you're already a partner, it seems...Become a partner "request was blocked"
We are UK based company trying to register with MPN, but immediately after submitting in company information we get the following message: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: and transaction ID: <redacted> Unfortunately, support link is useless and does not allow submit a request. Maybe someone could suggest how to deal with this?MPN Verification
Im trying to renew my MPN Membership since the beginning of the month, I submited domain bill, document from the portuguese domain regulator saying im the owner of the domain since 2014 and its up untill 2027, submited official document from the government financial, a lot of documents and all the return I get is asking again and again for the same documents or telling it cant be validated with a 2027 document because I own the domain!!!! My account is already marked as not being paid, my costumers soon will have the same and I can't talk to anyone!!! The support is pure useless!!! I really need help, I can lose access to my opwn email at any point, my professional work is getting compromised and I don't even know what to tell to my customers if they start losing access to their subscriptions under my MPN ID!!! I deal with MPN Center for over 8 years now and this is the first time I see such a lack of support! Thanks for any help on this matter, I really don't know what else I can do!569Views0likes2Comments
