Microsoft Loop

Hey everyone, I created a microsoft loop workspace and mentioned some coworkers on a loop page and therefore giving them access to the page. If I now want to revoke access the message "grant access is not available because you are not the owner of this item" shows, even though I am the owner of the entire workspace. Happy to hear suggestions on how to solve this!745Views0likes2CommentsHow to Retrieve Loop Workspaces Data with PowerShell
A previous attempt to write a script to report all Loop workspaces in a tenant was flawed because it only retrieved the first 200 workspaces. I hadn’t realized that the Get-SPOContainer cmdlet supported an odd form of pagination to retrieve workspace data. In any case, I figured out how to page top find all available workspaces and updated the script. It’s just another example of oddness in the SharePoint Online PowerShell module. https://office365itpros.com/2024/04/08/loop-workspaces-report-ps/682Views1like1CommentMS Loop Task Reminders
Hi All, We would like to setup Microsoft Loop so that reminders are sent to people assigned tasks in loop one or two days, etc....before task due date. Either by syncing to Planner * which does not happen* automatically despite some online sources. Or though Power Automate... Any Ideas?157Views0likes6CommentsLoop App Adds More Support for Sensitivity Labels
Container management label support is coming to the Loop app. Before it arrives, we look at how Loop supports sensitivity labels assigned to pages in Loop workspaces. As you might imagine with the initial implementation of a feature, some gaps are obvious that the Loop developers should fix as they build out full support for sensitivity labels within the Loop ecosystem. https://office365itpros.com/2024/11/05/loop-app-pages-sl/41Views0likes0CommentsLoop - Some Recipients wont be able to view or edit this.
We have been having some issues with Loop in teams when people create agendas. Organisers were receiving an error that some recipients won't be able to view or edit this when creating notes / agendas with a loop component in the Teams meeting invite. After talking with MSFT the common thread was that those with issues were not showing as a user type of 'Member' in Entra ID, when their account was updated to be a 'member' their problem went away. I am now seeing that even with the entire org being user type 'member' I am still getting this - I have a meeting with 17 people, 15 were auto added and 2 were not (everyone on the invite list is a User Type 'Member'). Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice / ideas welcome on how to ensure that when you add notes/agenda's to a meeting that everyone on the invite list gets included and added by default. Thanks in advance! 😀349Views0likes1CommentHow to assign a task with a follow up date which triggers a notification in Loop?
Hi - I'm creating an internal Wiki / Knowledge base for my team using Loop. I've inserted a table similar to the below and would like a task to be assigned to the owner when the review date passes. Ideally I would like them to be notified via email / teams. Please can anyone advise how I do this? Article Owner Review date168Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft Loop: A New Frontier for Agile Teams

Microsoft Loop makes easy for meeting organizers to create Loop workspaces for their meeting members and pull in shared content in the chat such as meeting recordings, Microsoft 365 content (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboards, and so on), Loop meeting notes, Loop pages, and other shared content. After the meeting ends, organizers will be shown a prompt to create a Loop workspace, will be able to review and confirm workspace members as well as the shared content. After confirmation, a Loop workspace will be created, invites will be sent to the meeting members, and the shared content will be linked in a Loop workspace. As the group shares more content in a meeting series Teams chat over weeks or months, the new content will be added automatically to the workspace. Workspace members can also add other content to the workspace and can reconfigure the order of content in the left navigation pane of the Loop app.1.5KViews0likes0Comments
