We just got this email from Microsoft: Microsoft Partner Agreement (“MPA”) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) notice of suspension and termination proceedings This is regarding your company’s Microsoft CSP account with tenant ID XXXX The problem is that behind this ID is our Azure subscription with all our services and data. There is no option to reply to the email to understand what happened. We are a small company from the US working on SAAS products. We have CSP agreements from 2018 that are renewed each year. I checked what could be wrong and went through all: The account seems ok and is verified Security in Entra ID is ok; security defaults are enabled We tried to ask for support, but the issue is unclear. They mention: In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details. Can anyone help here?Account verification has not started and in “pending” status for over a month
Hi, I can't pass the verification, it doesn't even start. I got an EV certificate and registered for Windows Hardware Dev Center program. I talked to support before creating the account, they said that the EV certificate contact info and Partner Center contact info must match. When verifying the company for the EV certificate, I used a private email everywhere as the company does not have a domain or website. I filled in all available fields in Partner Center as in the EV certificate, except for the company email, for which I had to take one of my old domains and raise the domain mail service, because private emails are not accepted. (I did not use the words admin etc in the email name as Microsoft documentation requires) I received an OTP code to verify the email while editing the contact info, but the verification is still in “pending” status I wrote 3 appeals to support. One appeal was immediately closed with the wording “Denied for internal reasons in registration in Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program” - I didn't even register in this program. The other 2 appeals are just hanging, for a couple of weeks. I received message saying “Your issue is under review currently. As soon as we have an update, we will inform you.” and that's it. No one is responding to my inquiries repeatedly. I've read all the documentation on registering an account and still have all the discussions from 2023. The only thing I can think of is to create a domain with an open whois, maybe after that verification will at least start and reach Email verification. Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe I missed something?316Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Partner: Employment Verification Rejection
I have been subscribing to the Microsoft Action Pack for almost a quarter of a century. I recently renewed the Action Pack: the payment went through, and the Action Pack is marked as active. The primary reason I need the Action Pack is for the "Visual Studio Professional Subscription." To use it, I need to assign it to a user – this is where my ordeal began. When trying to assign a user, I receive a vague error message indicating that something went wrong. As a result, I cannot use the most important product for me from the Action Pack. Now, under "Account settings" in the "Legal info" section, I see that the "Verification status" is rejected – both under "Partner" and "Reseller." I have submitted all possible documents, but this has not resolved the issue. I have opened three support tickets so far, but I’ve received no assistance beyond automated responses. Emails to support with the ticket numbers are acknowledged but remain unanswered. As of today, I can no longer upload documents. When I click "Fix now," I’m caught in an endless loop: the status briefly shows "Verified" only to revert back to "Rejected." What else can I do to restore my partner status and make the Action Pack usable again? Who compensates me for the loss of income? I certainly didn’t pay for a non-functional Action Pack. Sorry! I’m totally frustrated! Thanks and regards, RenéI can not pass Employment verification
Hello, I can not pass Employment verification. I updated the primary domain's whois information with the company's legal data. I set visible to whois information. I renewed the primary domain with the company's legal data and provided the order receipt to the support team. I already updated primary and secondary contact information (email address and phone number) with the personal's email address and phone number. I already provided the Article of Incorporation document. I created 3 different support tickets But, still can't get approve for my domain name last 2-3 weeks. Can somebody help me? How can I pass it?2.2KViews1like18CommentsWe were unable to verify your Partner Center profile … but were unable to do so
After much back-and-forth (due to a mixture of unclear instructions, a name change and vague rejections) we just got the above message saying: "After several unsuccessful attempts to verify your information, we’ve ended the verification process. No further action will be taken on this profile verification." Which doesn't make a lot of sense—and it is unclear what is supposed to be the next step or appeal process for this? The last message under 'Legal Info' on the portal just reads "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." witout further explanation. This verification is essential for publicly launching our Outlook integration, and already is pushing back release schedules as is. Help would be much appreciated!
