141 TopicsIssue with Meeting Notes View: Box Obstructing Content
Hello, I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with the Notes section in Microsoft Teams after a meeting. Here’s what’s happening: When I access the Notes from the Details tab or the Recap section in the Teams calendar, the Notes interface initially appears large enough. However, a white box is obstructing the bottom half of the Notes, preventing me from scrolling or viewing the full content. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarting Teams Clearing the Teams cache Restarting Computer Testing on a different device Switching Teams themes (e.g., Light, Dark, High Contrast) Unfortunately, none of these resolved the issue. I’m currently using the light theme and Teams is fully updated. My Teams cache is cleared, and I don’t believe it’s related to system display settings since other apps work fine. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Edit: I tried to post this discussion before but it completely disappeared so I hope this works!! Thank you, Emelie35Views0likes2CommentsHow to use Facilitator in Teams [Meeting AI Assistant]

Hello, My company has a number of customized backgrounds that are available as background filters when enabling your camera. Currently they sit at the bottom of the list. I would like to know a way to re-arrange the background options so our custom backgrounds are at the top of the list for everyone in the organization. Thank you. This should be a fun discovery, we just found the captioned issue happened to one of our clients' sites, all of their Teams Room have the same problem. When the room's Teams Room app is going to join an ongoing Teams meeting, and at the same time there's participants having a discussion in the meeting, the newly joined Teams Room app would not be able to contribute in the discussion after it successfully joins the meeting. The Teams Room app would not show the microphone as muted, neither it will highlight the Teams Room camera view to indicate "speaking" status. You can talk and talk in the Teams Room room but you won't be able to interupte the ongoing discussion until, there's a gap of silence appears, for just a few seconds, around 5s, if you grap this chance to speak up, you would be able to speak for the first time since your joining. And from that moment, everything will be normal, you won't lose your voice for the second time. Please note, I'm not talking about if you joined the meeting as the 5th partcipant, or with even greater number of total participants. We are talking about a total of 3 participants only. If you joined as the 3rd participant, you'll encounter the problem. There're two key requirements to repeat the symptom: You join with the Team Room app, not Personal Teams; The people already in the meeting, need to speak/make sound when you first join the meeting and try to speak for the first time. I also ruled out result of AEC by only using headsets in the meeting. I have video record of the issue for easier understanding, and I have conducted similar tests with different sets of Crestron UC, in different rooms, even tested on a newly restored set of Teams Room. I'm planning to do similar test with other brands of Teams Room equipment, just to compare. Please feel free to share your experience in similar issue. I'm dying to find out the reason behind it.45Views0likes0CommentsNeed Information on Microsoft Teams O365 Management API
Hi Community, I was exploring the Office 365 Management Activity API documentation- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office-365-management-api/office-365-management-activity-api-reference and came across a few queries. I hope someone can help clarify these: Maximum Volume of Data: What is the maximum volume of data (e.g., MB/GB per day) that we can retrieve using the Office 365 Management API for Microsoft Teams? Is there any specific limit documented? Filtering Logs by Workload: When sending requests to the Office 365 Management API, how can I fetch logs specific to Microsoft Teams? I tried applying the filter Workload: MicrosoftTeams in the request, but it also returned logs for other workloads. Below is the API URL I used for the request: https://manage.office.com/api/v1.0/<TENANT-ID>/activity/feed/audit/<contentID> I checked the documentation but couldn’t find specific guidance on these points. Can anyone provide insights or share examples of how to resolve these issues? Thank you in advance!61Views0likes2CommentsColor Blind Options In Teams
Hello All, Is it just me, or is it next to impossible to see the squiggly underline in Teams when you have Dark mode enabled? I am extremely colorblind, and I feel like those of us that cannot see color are forgotten about when it comes to Microsoft UIs. All this would take would be the ability to change the color from red to something that stands out to people like myself. I know teams doesn't offer this capability as of yet, but it would go a long way to show that Microsoft doesn't forget about 1/3ish of the population! Any suggestions to try until this (hopefully) starts to be thought of more in the future...?28Views0likes0Comments🤝 How to use Microsoft Loop to supercharge your Teams meeting notes
NEW VIDEO N. 358 The new meeting notes will be shown on the right pane of the meeting window with the ability to open them in the browser for more room or on a second monitor. Participants can collaborate in real time, create an agenda, take notes, and add tasks. When participants are assigned a task in the meeting, they will also receive an email notification and it will be synchronized with the Planner and To Do apps. Meeting organizers will also see an ability to add Collaborative notes before meetings, to prepare by adding agendas or other materials in one place. After the meeting, Collaborative notes will remain accessible for all participants on the Teams calendar meeting details page. The experience is a Loop component, so they can be copied easily out of the meeting and into chats, group chats, emails, and other documents. #Loop #Teams #MicrosoftTeams #giulianodeluca #remotework #remotelearning #Microsoft #corporate #tutorial #officetips #Microsoft365 #Planner #ToDo62KViews3likes29CommentsNotes Tab in Standard Channels
Hello, According to this page, Microsoft Teams users will soon get a Notes tab powered by OneNote. This tab will be added by default to the tabs bar across the top of new standard channels. I don't see this Notes tab when creating a standard channel. Did this change? I am trying to determine the best way of taking notes in a Team and in a MS Team Meeting, so doing a little investigating. Found this page as well and Notes is not available in my meeting menu. Also found this page but don't have the option of adding an agenda, tasks, notes here either. I assume none of these features are available for EDU. Is the best option to add the OneNote app to the Team and to the Meeting? Thanks for any insight on this. Debbie374Views0likes0CommentsGet list of Menu Options as table of a list Auto Attendant
