3 TopicsI do not receive notice of cancellations, and they are still active in the calendar.
A user canceled a meeting in Booking, received the cancellation email, but the meeting organizer still sees it as active. This has been happening with several users. These meetings have limited capacity, and if the slot is not freed up, the organizer cannot work with the complete group. Most cases work fine, but lately, I've been having many issues with cancellations. Could it be possible to add to the default confirmation notification page, and confirmation email: "Latest cancellation time". e.g. If: 1. The minimum lead time is 24 hours. 2. The customer books a service for Thursday 5th January 14:00. We have been testing Bookings at our University institution. I have an admin account and also had an academic setup with an admin account. I helped create a page for her, and then deleted myself from the calendar. However, I am still getting notifications for every booking on that calendar. I have had a look, and my name doesn't appear anywhere on the calendar page. Why am I still getting notifications? How can I stop this? Thanks, David2.3KViews3likes2Comments
