Account Locked (Try another verification method)
My main account is locked. I have access to authenticator and my verification email, where I am getting the codes for verification. When I try to unlock the account it asks for verifiaction code sent to authenticator and then at email. When given both codes it goes to reset password and after reseting password it wants me to login and when I do that it says my account is locked and asks me to verify myself through phone number. After i give it the phone number it displays. "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." I can't connect to an agent for help cuz it wants me to login from that email which I can't access.New Outlook Working Offline Phase 1: Rolled Out with Limitations

Automatic Activation of Automatic Responses when selecting "Out of Office" as the Appointment Status
Why doesn't outlook automatically activate "automatic responses" when an user sets an appointment on the calender with an "out of office" status. Literally the entire premise for automatic responses is for when an user is out of the office, so how is this not an existing feature? Another option would be to have a checkbox or an option to select "send automatic responses" when creating the appointment, or upon selecting "out of office" as the "show as" status.
Japan characters displaying as garbled characters in File attachments in 2402 outlook version.
I am encountering an issue when sending email attachments with Japanese characters in the file names, encoded using RFC 2231 and UTF-8. The attachments are displayed with garbled characters in the file names when viewed in Outlook version 2402. However, this issue does not occur in Outlook 2016 or other email clients such as Gmail. Could you please advise on potential solutions for this problem?
UNABLE TO LOG IN, SOMETHING WENT WRONG
This is getting annoying, been trying to log into my M365 account for a week, but all I'm getting is "Something went wrong - Try again later" I've been trying to sign in via my Mac, I've tried multiple browsers still not working. Hi All, We are a hybrid exchange environment and a region's mailboxes are not migrated to cloud. When we deployed Microsoft 365 version of Office to theses users, while configuring Outlook for some strange reason they were pointed to Office365 instead of Microsoft Exchange and upon investigation we finally decided to deploy LTSC version of Office. Post which they were pointed to Exchange and since then they are using this version. The issue now here is, in this office version the users are not able to switch to New version of Outlook in Mac, when i was googling i found that we can actually enable users to switch by setting preferences as seen here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/mac/preferences-outlook#enable-new-outlook The issue is, where do we run this command and how do we set this?Create Email Template with easy filling
Hello everyone! I have a unique situation that I need help with. Our salon has regular phone calls with clients and after our phone call we open up an .oft template to send them a confirmation of the procedures they accepted to do and declined to do. Right now a 2x4 table that holds the questions we are required to ask and we manually type “Accepted or Declined” beside each question. for example: Hair Extensions | Declined Hair Colouring | Accepted Hair Treatment | Declined Optimally my vision is that we would have some kind of button system on the right column where the technician would press a button such as “Accepted” or “Declined” and then the field would automatically show only the text. I uploaded a photo of what I mean. If it started off with showing the multiple options and once an option is selected, that field will display the text for the option. thank you in advance for all the help!How can I activate to close outlook session after a certain time on inactivity?
usually you open the browser and outlook ask you: do you want to keep session opened? I usually say no, so that after a time I am not on the computer or leave I know the session will close, but this doesn't happen any more, and there is no way I can find how to set to close the session after some inactivity time. thanks in advancesetting up rules in new outlook (2024) for meeting items that are accepted
Hi Community, In the old outlook for windows I was able to set up a rule in outlook so that the email that says, your agenda item was accepted by person X, was moved to the deleted items. In the new Outlook it seems not possible. For example; I want the message above automatically moved to the deleted items folder. So I've set up the following rule (in dutch): I also tried "berichtkop" and "bericht tekst bevat", without succes. In the old outlook version, in the subject of the email was automatically added "Geaccepteerd:". Do you guy's have a solution?:)
