New Adobe Integration for PDF Processing in Microsoft Teams
On December 5, Microsoft announced a new Adobe Integration with Teams for PDF files stored in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. The new integration uses an Azure AD enterprise app to link Teams to the Adobe Document Cloud. The new integration can’t handle protected PDFs, but you can always use a browser to view those files. https://office365itpros.com/2022/12/12/adobe-integration-with-teams/Solved2.2KViews0likes2CommentsMicrosoft Forms integration in Teams has a bug/malfunction
Microsoft Teams has the option to integrate Microsoft Forms as a tab to a Teams Channel: When in Microsoft Forms 'Allow receipt of responses after submission' is ticked, this should enable the respondent to save the submission as a PDF (or print it): This button (shown below) however allows the user to save as PDF in Edge, but is malfunctioning when clicked upon in Microsoft Teams: Clicking this button in Microsoft Teams environment does open up a window, but it only allows the user to print the form. Saving/downloading the submisson as PDF is not working in Microsoft Teams. In the ideal situation the Save as PDF should be the dominant function, and the print option should be option.Solved1.2KViews1like2CommentsPDF

Bei mir funktioniert es nur, wenn ich die Tabelle per Excel / SharePoint öffne und dann als pdf umwandel? Hey Looking for a solution to our problem. We have Teams/365 installed across our network - and really loving the collaborative work. The issue we have is - our Warehouse Team is located on the other side of the building. They receive deliveries, with delivery notes, however, they delivery notes need to be checked off and annotated by the operations director in the head office. This is normally done by a warehouseman coming to head office, the operations director looking through the delivery note and handwriting all over them to identify and allocate the different items on the note. The warehouseman, then goes back to warehouse and hands it to the warehouse Manager to assign where the deliveries go or what needs to be done with them. What i was wondering is what would be the best solution for this, using Teams? I was thinking of getting a little mini scanner, for the warehouse manager, to be able to scan and then the operations director could annotate it from his desktop and the Warehouse manager would be able to see it from teams. and really I was wondering: 1) Can you scan directly into a Teams Conversation/Task/Teams? 2) Is there a method to then annotate the PDF that had been scanned? 3) Will it store it (not essential, but would be good) Alternatively, i am more than happy to go with any other solution if anyone has any cool ideas!? Many thanks for your time!1.4KViews1like1CommentSharing PDF on Microsoft Teams
Good morning, I am trying to upload a PDF to TEAMS to share with my students. They need to see the book on their screen as we are going through the lesson. I went to the share box with the arrow and tried to upload it. A message appears saying that it can not be uploaded. How can I upload and share with my students so they are able to read it from their screen? Also, I had eight students that signed into teams but I could only see two students. However, I could not see them at the same time. It would flip between the two students. How do I get all students to appear on the screen at the same time? Thank you for any help you can provide.31KViews1like1CommentCannot view pdf file embeded in web pagein task module on desktop

Hi all, I have a need to share documents in Teams that members can only consult online in Teams. To achieve this, I went to SharePoint, to the documents library then block permissions inheritance on this library. Then, I gave owner Full Control on this library and Restricted View (Can view pages, list items, and documents. Documents can be viewed in the browser but not downloaded.) This works perfectly for Office Documents but not for PDF files. When I try to open a PPDF file in Teams, I get this message : Hmm... looks like this file doesn't have a preview we can show you. Does anyone perform this type of configuration? Did I use the corret way to perform this? Best Regards, Fred.6.1KViews0likes3Comments
