Hello I have an organization that is a valid TSP. They want to access and use https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ but they are presented with the error message: Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. We looked but we couldn't find your login [email address] associated to a Microsoft partner organization. How do they fix this? Who provides access? Regards Chintan PatelSolvedAccess to Learning Resource page request
Hi there, I am MCT and would like access to the Learning Resource page so that I can create course URLs and such. What is needed to gain access? Can I use my Microsoft Account associated with my MCT credentials to gain access or is a business email address needed? ThanksSolvedFY25 Monthly Training Services Partner Community Call Thread

Hi there, My company is in the process of becoming a Microsoft Training Partner, as our clients have requested official Microsoft 365 training. While going through the process, I had a few questions: Can we hire MCTs who already possess the necessary skills and certifications to help us meet the base criteria for partnership? If I train my employees to develop their Microsoft Learn profiles and earn certifications, which certifications would be the most relevant to our services? Additionally, how many points do they contribute? PS: I was advised by the Training Support team to use this forum as it is relevant to Learning Partners. Thanks, AnupSC-200 Lab Solution Currently Unavailable
Note: I have deleted the post from Jan 27 titled: SC-200 Lab Solution Available; Still Waiting on AZ-400 from the forum to prevent confusion around availability. I will update again when this situation is resolved. New update for Jan 31, 2025: Hi all, All Azure Passes were stopped in early December. We announced on Jan 27 that a lab solution for SC-200 was available. This is no longer a true statement. Our content team is working diligently to update the content and resubmit to the lab hosters ASAP. I do not yet have a timeline on the availability of SC-200, or the AZ-400 solution we've been seeking. I will update again next week with a progress report.About our KPI's
Greeting folks, Is there any way to put non-courseware class in our KPI's? One of our top selling classes were Microsoft Office related courses (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, etc). With 30+ new participants each month from various companies. And it would be such a shame that we can't include it in our KPI. ThanksTrying to figure out how to purchase exam vouchers for customers outside my marketplace region
Hi, As a new TSP, I am trying to figure out how to be able to purchase Microsoft Exam Vouchers for countries that are outside my region. As training online/remote is more and more popular, I believe it is a good market to focus on. So, the current situation is that I am a fully onboarded TSP and was able to join the PearsonVue Partner Store. As my business location is Czech Republic, I was assigned to regional marketplace Global 3. This allows me access to purchase vouchers for very specific countries, for example, USA, Canada, UK, Australia or most of EU are not on this list. I have double checked all policies and requirements and it is prohibited to purchase "cheaper" countries to resell in countries with "higher" prices and the vouchers are invalid outside the region they were purchased in so it is not possible to for example buy voucher for a customer in the USA. To get access to the other regions, PearsonVue requires me to have a business location in them. I have a rough idea of what the regions are based on the public pricelist as it can be divided into multiple categories based on the actual exam price. But just to double check, I have emailed the PearsonVue Partner store support if they could share the list of the regions so I can have a rough idea of how many business locations I would need to cover to be able to service my intended countries. PearsonVue said that this is restricted information (despite the public pricing list giving a very good idea of what the regions are) and that I need Microsoft approval for them to share this information with me. I was told to contact "Microsoft PSE" which was further clarified to be "Microsoft sales / relationship contact" to get that approval. So, to my actual questions: Is it required to have a business location in each region I am interested in buying vouchers in, like PearsonVue says? If yes, would it be possible to get Microsoft approval to share the region list with me so I know how many and where do I need to put more business locations to be eligible to purchase vouchers there? Since I have onboarded using the new process, I have zero contacts to Microsoft regarding the TSP program (outside Dan Donohue who helped me with the onboarding), would it be possible to connect me with a Microsoft PSE as it appears to be important resource in navigating the TSP program?Learning Action Pack Retirement Impact Query
With the retirement of the Learning Action Pack a couple of questions have come up and whilst I think I know the answer, it is worthy of checking. As many independant MCTs have used the LAPs to legitimately delivery official courses for many years, we wish to continue to follow the rules. Is there any requirement on partners who were enrolled as Learning Partners via the action pack to re-enroll/renew their TSP/learning partner status? If there is, please can you point me to the guidance to do so. Any TSP/learning partner can purchase any of the benefits packages. Am I right in my reading of the benefits package usage agreement that a TSP/learning partner may use those benefits for training delivery even if that training is income generating activity for the organisation, but not for business activity?SolvedAction Pack or Learning Action Pack
Hi We are a training company who recently became a Microsoft partner and we are trying to decide whether to purchase an Action Pack or a Learning Action Pack. We would like to explore training Power BI courses. Therefore we need an access to software and also materials. It would also be beneficial if we could provide exams or exams vouchers to our learners (if we understand correctly we can give learners vouchers, like PL-300 and they can take exams online with Microsoft?). I've searched and found the following - "A Microsoft Action Pack provides a set of resources for partners to familiarize themselves with Microsoft technologies and build solutions, while a Learning Action Pack is specifically designed for partners who want to focus on delivering Microsoft training services." It seems to me that a Learning Action Pack gives access to coursewares, whilst Action Pack gives access to software. Is my understanding correct? Does this mean we need to purchase both? Could you please clarify what would be the best option for us? Many thanks, Sue.Solved
