With remote working being the norm at the present , we have adopted Microsoft Teams to handle our incoming / external customer calls, is there a recognise way now to report on the individual stats of a user or a group of users in the same team? for Example , Total incoming calls for user/team Total external calls for user/team Calls taken in the Day/Week/Month/Year for user/Team Average duration of a call in the Day/Week/Month/Year for user / Team Total duration of a calls in the Day/Week/Month/Year for user / Team Can anyone else relate to this question? thanks Chris4.3KViews1like1CommentReport On Microphone Devices
This might be a big ask. Is there a way to run a report on Microphone/Speaker devices being used in all calls. I'm trying to see how many of what headsets people are using or if there are using the build in microphone/speaker. I went to a call session and downloaded the report (excel) and found this : caller_audio_MediaLine_Description_CaptureDev_Name --- "Poly BT600" I would like to see all the devices used. I have been trying to figure it out but nothing seems to work. Maybe PowerShell or API or something. I've read the "To access the Teams analytics & reports in the Teams Admin Center you have to be one of the following:- O365 Global Admin Teams Service Admin Skype of Business Admin Does this mean that both the following can't gain access?:- O365 Global Admin Reader O365 Report Reader I'm trying to find a way to access the Teams analytics & reports without alarming our O365 Global Admin too much by "asking for too much access". Has anyone had success in accessing raw data or finding a way to access the specific detail behind what goes into the reporting metrics in PowerBI? Specifically, the Microsoft O365 usage Analytics? Building custom reporting seems to be the way to go, but we don't know enough details around each parameter/calculations to fully understand if we're measuring the right things. We are trying to drill down adoption data by line of business and also trying to analyze specific user data (ex. if user1 adoption is increasing for Teams and decreasing for Skype).975Views0likes1Comment
