Hello, we have been experiencing the following issue: Service setting: "1:1", "Assign any of your selected staff for an appointment." A customer initially books a meeting with Staff A, and everything proceeds smoothly. However, if the customer reschedules to a time slot where Staff A is unavailable, resulting in Staff B being assigned, neither Staff B nor the customer receive a meeting link. I have looked everywhere and no one from Microsoft answers how to disable the reschedule option. I don't want my employees to be able to reschedule the event they sign up for. Our staff would like to have the ability to copy a meeting to a later time so they can easily re-book a follow-up meeting with the client. I services available for users to self book that have a 2 hr minimum booking time. If a user tries to reschedule their booking within that time it will not allow them, they have to cancel their booking completely and book again. e.g. A service is available from 10am - 6pm. A user books a service from 10am (10am - 12pm) , they go to reschedule the booking to start at 11am instead (making it 11-1pm). They get message that says "This time is no longer available. Please choose another one" however they are the user that has booked that time. Is this a bug or is there something that I can change in the settings for this service that will allow users to reschedule within their booking time? Please add the link (or at least an option to add it) to the “Manage booking” link in every mail that are sent out to our customers. Now the “Manage booking”-link are just sent out in the first confirmation email. And not in the reminders. Please add the same link in all reminder emails also.2.5KViews3likes3Comments
