They say that they have previously received support from another supplier w/o accepting a reseller link, but instead filling out a web form. Has anyone come across this before and if so. We need to be able to become a LAR (large Account Reseller) or a LSP (License Software Provider), to be able to help our end-customers sign EAs and SCEs (VL-agreements) with Microsoft.
