Room Systems

Dear community, as Skype for Business will be replaced by Teams I was wondering how I can video call into Zoom / Webex / BlueJeans / StarLeaf meetings? Currently I can dial into those meetings by using xxxxxxxxx@lync.webex.com or similar SIP addresses. However, this is not possible with Teams. How will this work in future? I tried all the third party conference bridge providers, which are recommended by Microsoft, however they tell me that there is no solution for this problem. They are only there such that, the third parties can call into Teams meetings. This is especially important in regard to Teams rooms systems and Surface Hubs. Any advice is appreciated! Hey. I was wanting to find out a bit more about the potential of using MS Teams to host MDM meetings. We host a number of these meetings, these are case conference meetings where patients are discussed with the clinicians from our hospital and other clinicians from other hospitals. At these some of these meetings there is a requirement to be able to share 2 desktop screen images with people joining the meeting, to show things like a comparison between different CT scans, see example image below at end . We have wanted to simplify things and look at these rooms set up as room where clinicans can come into the room and join a meeting (i.e. room is set up as a Teams room). We have been able to test and do this with a Zoom Room, configured with the ability to share content from multiple screens using the room control chat panel and to share both at HD(1080p). Can this be done in teams today? If not is it on the roadmap for development? If so are there any resource around how to set this up and make it work.Solved1.9KViews1like2CommentsMicrosoft Teams Room Console and Logitech BRIO
I have an HP Elite Slice for Meeting Rooms G2 and bought a Logitech BRIO Ultra 4K and wanted to use this as Room Camera (not Content Camera). So, regarding the MS page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices/product?deviceid=37 and also the Logitech page, there is no information about that Logitech BRIO is ONLY and just a content camera. So did I anything wrong, or is the hardware not usable as room camera? bestSolved13KViews0likes3CommentsHow can you join Teams Meeting in TeamsRoomSystem for Vision impaired users?
How can you join Teams Meeting in TeamsRoomSystem for Vision impaired users? Logitech Tap/Crestron Flex/etc. We have some vision impaired coworkers that would like to join the scheduled Teams meeting from TeamsRoomsystems configurations. And Voice-trigging via Cortana.. Nope! Cortana doesn't work in Norway with Norway as region. Are there any cool tips out there how to do this?1.2KViews0likes1Comment
